This article in Requadro, dated 23 June 2023, announces the start of the design phase for Rimini’s new Cittadella della Sicurezza.
The conversion of the former Giulio Cesare barracks into the new Cittadella della Sicurezza is one of the most significant urban regeneration projects undertaken in Rimini in recent years. The project stems from a collaboration between the State Property Agency and Rimini City Council and forms part of the wider City Plan for Public Buildings, with the aim of enhancing public assets and creating modern, efficient, accessible and sustainable spaces.
The project was designed by the international firm Settanta7, the lead partner in a consortium comprising Paisà srl, Mic-Hub srl, engineer Marco Monaco and Aspasia Archeo Service srl. The team brings together multidisciplinary expertise capable of offering an integrated and innovative vision of urban transformation.
